Meet the Team
All our teachers are ASA or STA qualified with NPLQ Lifeguard or National Rescue Awards.

Chiggy Little
Owner and Instructor
After 25 years teaching, in schools and then in the water, I am now a fully qualified Solution Focused Therapist. I will be teaching adult 1-1’s and covering lessons when teachers are unavailable and continue to manage the pool.

Jess Edwards
Instructor
Jess has been assisting Brad since July 2020 and is a fully qualified level 2 ASA instructor. She is excited to have the opportunity to run her own classes. Jess has been a competitive swimmer and is confident with all ages and abilities

Amy Gundry
Assistant
Amy has been assisting at the Dragon pool since she first went in the water to help her brother Sam gain confidence in his lessons 2 years ago. She is wonderful with the younger children and gaining confidence in every area. We can’t wait for her to turn 16 in order for her to qualify as the most experienced swim teacher ever.

Connie Little
Instructor
Connie is a very energetic and confident teacher currently studying for a degree in Marine Biology. In the holidays she will be helping out with events days and intensive courses.

Tracy Marr

Tracy is a lover of swimming and anything swimming related! Her life revolves around her passion for teaching and love of kids. Tracy will be joining us from South Africa where she was 9 times masters gold medallist and holder of the South African record for the 50m freestyle. She is also a personal trainer.

Ross Sheppard

Ross teaches a few class lessons but he specialises in teaching 1-1 lessons on a Sunday morning. He is particularly enjoys teaching nervous swimmers, both adults and children.
